The powerful yet gentle, Intuitive Movement Integration (IMI) is a dance movement therapy that builds upon self-awareness.  IMI releases stored tension and provides a space to explore and process surfacing emotions. This progressive and simple group class experience develops a stronger mind-body connection, building self-trust, healthy expression, and non-judgement of self and others.
