PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THE APPOINTMENT TIME SCHEDULED IS WHEN THE SESSION BEGINS.  THIS HELPS TO ASSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR FULL TREATMENT TIME.  TARDINESS MAY RESULT IN A SHORTER SESSION IF IT'S GOING TO IMPACT THE NEXT CLIENT AFTER YOU.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please try and provide as much notice as possible so that spot can be booked by someone on the waiting list. Less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $25 fee, to be paid upon the rescheduled visit. This applies to same day cancellations/rescheduling. (Inclement weather cancellations bear no fees) If a "no-show" occurs with a Gift Certificate being applied, the GC will be considered redeemed at that time.

Minors Under 18 require a Parental Consent Waiver to be completed in person before the massage treatment.

Professional Policies: The essence of Intuitive Massage and Movement, LLC is to heed to the messages and signals of one’s own body. Therefore, it is implicit to only allow comfortable pressure and practices, as to not harm a client. Please communicate clearly and do not accept techniques or more pressure than you are fully comfortable with. To permit more pain than your body’s limit is to harm yourself, and that is absolutely against the core essential goals of the Intuitive Massage & Movement, LLC.

All stretches should be performed slowly and deliberately, carefully listening to the body and stopping exactly where is beneficial and good-feeling to you.
